Millionair Club Charity becomes Uplift Northwest

by | October 26, 2020

With a 100-year history in Seattle, Millionair Club Charity carries a longstanding legacy of supporting its community. This legacy is guided by a mission to provide folks with a path to stability through job opportunities and job-readiness services.

Each and every day, men and women walk through our doors and find real opportunities to better their lives. We empower them to reach their true potential and extend the helping hand that lifts them toward new possibilities.

As a nonprofit organization, we rely on our community to support our mission, and we want to share our mission in the most effective way possible. After years of consideration and extensive community outreach, we have determined the best way to achieve our goals is to embrace a change to our brand.

Millionair Club Charity has become Uplift Northwest, and we couldn’t be more excited to engage with local community members, businesses, and partner organizations about this new chapter in our history!

More than just a new name and logo, Uplift Northwest represents the work we do and what we hope to achieve. We believe that with your support, we can collectively lift people into a better place through job opportunities, fundamental support services, and recognition of potential.

We will continue to honor the legacy of our founder, Martin Johanson, and we thank all those who have helped change so many lives over the years. Be sure to join us for our Centennial Celebration in 2021 where we’ll get ready for the next 100 years of community service.
